**Technical Manager**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa esperta nel settore hardware e nell'installazione di videowall, con una solida esperienza nel settore retail. La figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e supervisionare l'installazione, la manutenzione e la gestione dei videowall all'interno dei punti vendita, garantendo il corretto funzionamento delle soluzioni tecniche in un ambiente dinamico e in continuo cambiamento.
**Attività**:

- Gestione e installazione di videowall: Pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare l'installazione, la configurazione e il monitoraggio di videowall nei punti vendita retail.
- Gestione dei fornitori e delle attrezzature: Selezionare e gestire i fornitori di hardware, monitor e supporti tecnologici per le installazioni, assicurandosi che siano conformi agli standard di qualità e alle tempistiche concordate.
- Manutenzione e troubleshooting: Garantire la manutenzione preventiva e risolvere i problemi tecnici legati all'hardware dei videowall, inclusi eventuali guasti, malfunzionamenti o problematiche di configurazione.
- Gestione del team tecnico: Coordinare un team di tecnici e installatori, assegnando compiti, monitorando le performance e assicurandosi che tutte le attività siano completate nei tempi e nei modi previsti.
- Pianificazione e implementazione progetti: Gestire progetti legati all'installazione o al rinnovo dei videowall, con focus su scadenze, budget e qualità, in sinergia con il dipartimento IT e altre funzioni aziendali.

**Requisiti**:

- Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in contesti retail o in ambito tecnologico legato a sistemi visivi e videowall.
- Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi hardware, con esperienza pratica nell'installazione e nella configurazione di videowall (monitor, supporti, cavi, dispositivi di controllo, ecc.).
- Esperienza nella gestione di dispositivi audiovisivi, con una buona conoscenza di software di gestione dei videowall (es. software per il controllo remoto e la gestione dei contenuti).
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti tecnologici, con focus su tempi, costi e qualità.
- Familiarità con metodologie come Agile o altre pratiche di gestione dei progetti.
