**The Role**

We are now recruiting a** Manager, IT Business Partnering, Italy (Office Based in Rome), **who will responsible for planning and delivery of IT and digital capabilities in Italy. This role partners with the BMS business Management team and Italy IT/Digital lead to identify digital capabilities that have the greatest impact. High Impact digital capabilities will be supported by development of comprehensive business case. This role is accountable locally for ensuring that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services to BMS internal customers and will engage the appropriate IT matrix team to provide the required technical expertise and solutions.

**Key responsibilities and Major duties**:

- Responsible for digital capabilities with primary focus on digital capabilities in support of sales, medical, marketing, and Access. The planning will have a secondary focus on the enablement and simplification of digital capabilities such as collaboration, workplace services and corporate functions.
- Responsible for the development of long-term (24-36 month) roadmaps identifying digital capabilities that have the greatest impact on the market. Develops comprehensive business case(s) to support business outcomes of new/upgraded capabilities.
- Responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with senior leaders. Ability to become the trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders in the market by demonstrating deep domain knowledge of the commercial business.
- Responsible for the communication, implementation and operation of the Digital Capability Governance process. Demonstrate the ability to identify core enterprise digital capabilities and appropriately evaluate the value of potential differentiating capabilities when making platform choices.
- Demonstrate matrix leadership of IT and other functions including strategy and operations, Business Insight and Analytics, Worldwide Commercial Capabilities, Audiovisual Services
- Responsible for the implementation and distribution of initiatives to promote awareness and use of digital/technology tools for better and more efficient collaboration

**Required skills & desired experience**:

- ** Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, Digital Marketing, Engineering**:

- ** Ability** **to lead the** **planning and **implementation** of** **digital** capabilities for** a **commercial** **business unit (i.e. sales,** medical, **marketing,** **access)**:

- Strong experience with governance operations and demonstrated ability to evaluate the need to respond to the customer in a timely fashion with the strategic investments being made at the enterprise level.
- Strong ability and comfort with matrix management in delivering digital capabilities. Matrix management includes business partners as well as multiple IT capability leaders.
- Ability to manage business process analysis and improvement including benefit estimation and post implementation metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and partner with business leaders.
- Office 365 and Collaboration tools
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian (spoken and written)
