On behalf of an important multinational company leading manufacturers in ophthalmology, IQVIA is looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in the region of Lombardy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The resource will be responsible for the following activities in the below areas:

- Financial_
- Cost analysis: i.e FTEs cost
- Sales Sizing
- Sales forecats vs Financial objectives
- Process_
- Dashboards on different matters: finalcial/sales/costs
- Segmentation (doctors and pharmacies)
- Analysis on specific topics (also Marketing)
- Data linkage: CRM, IMS, Internal slaes
- Data provider interface (IQVIA and HQ
- Customers (internal, external)_
- Call plan Coverage
- Frequency
- Incentives plan and report
- CRM management
- Tools improvement and integrations
- Segmentation of pharmacies for strategy investments

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in CRM or Sales Force Effectiveness Management
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical business
- Excellent market data analysis skills
- Experience in using SFE system
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge in calculating revenue and costs through sales data
- Knowledge in the data implementation
