All’interno della divisione_ Digital Technologies _nel Team _Offering, Innovation & Deal Management _siamo alla ricerca di una figura di_ _Product Strategy Lead - Cybersecurity & Cloud_ _per la gestione e lo sviluppo del dominio di offerta Cloud & Infrastructure di Engineering_._

La figura verrà inserita nel team _Offering & Go-to-Market Management_ e sarà responsabile della gestione end-to-end del portafoglio di offerta Cybersecurity con focus sui servizi di cloud security e sulla creazione e gestione di offerte congiunte con il portafoglio Cloud. Consoliderà il posizionamento dell’offerta sulle strutture commerciali e sui clienti e mercati target (Enterprise, PA e Finance) e definirà una value proposition coerente con il blueprint strategico dell’organizzazione, gli asset interni, i principali trend tecnologici del mercato e la competition.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità:
La risorsa ricoprirà un ruolo strategico all’interno del team, supportando direttamente il responsabile della linea di offerta di riferimento nella gestione di attività di pianificazione della strategia di sviluppo del portafoglio di offerta e di definizione ed indirizzamento di piani ed iniziative di Go-to-Market e Go-to-Sales, occupandosi nello specifico delle seguenti attività:
- Svolgere ricerche e analisi di mercato sui trend tecnologici, di settore e sulle esigenze della domanda e valutare potenziali opportunità di mercato- Supportare nella definizione della Offering Strategy della divisione per definire gli obiettivi strategici ed indirizzare l’evoluzione della roadmap di portafoglio offerta in coerenza con il blueprint strategico aziendale- Pianificare e coordinare lo sviluppo end-to-end di nuove offerte in modalità agile, dal concept design fino al lancio e alla gestione in life delle offerte lanciate- Definire requisiti tecnici e di posizionamento delle offerte tramite collaborazione costante con i principali stakeholder interni ed esterni (es. Vendite, Delivery, QA, Clienti, Partnership & Alliances) con la finalità di:
- Pianificare ed aggiornare una roadmap di sviluppo offering coerente con i trend di mercato, la strategia e le capabilities interne (_Offering Management_)-
- Adeguare le offerte alle esigenze ed ai trend del mercato _(Offering Management_)-
- Definire iniziative di posizionamento delle offerte sul mercato o sulla forza vendita (_Go-to-Market, Go-to-Sales_)-
- Effettuare Benchmark su competitors per identificare service elements distintivi utili a definire una value proposition per le offering di riferimento- Gestire attività di Go-to-Market (GTM) e Go-to-Sales (GTS) funzionali al corretto posizionamento delle offerte ed alla crescita dei KPI di business, tra cui:
- Strutturare e produrre asset / materiali di offerta (es. Selling KIT, Pricing Configurator, Value Proposition, Go-to-Market Plan) necessari al corretto posizionamento delle offerte sui mercati target e sulla forza vendita-
- Presidiare ed indirizzare le attività di Sales Enablement (es. training, webinar, eventi) dedicate alle nuove offerte lanciate sul mercato-
- Identificare e sviluppare use-case, case studies e offerte industry specific in collaborazione con gli stakeholder interni (es. Vendite, Partnership & Alliances, Delivery)-
- Supportare proattivamente la generazione di sales pipeline _(business development)_ per le offerte strategiche a portafoglio adottando un approccio di consultative selling e affiancando i sales team nella qualificazione delle esigenze dei clienti (_Opportunity Qualification_) e nella presentazione delle offering (_Customer Pitching_) a target- Monitorare le performance e l’impatto sul business delle offerte a portafoglio tramite analisi sui KPI commerciali, reporting ricorrente e partecipazione alle sales business review di divisione- Contribuire allo sviluppo di Positioning & Awareness collaterals per le offering di portafoglio (es. Whitepapers, Podcasts, Web Landing Pages, Digital / Social Media Campaigns, Brochures, Flyers, etc.)- Presidiare attività di Thought Leadership come partecipazione ad eventi e conferenze di settore, townhall, webinar con l'obiettivo di posizionarsi come esperto credibile e riconosciuto nel settore.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:
- 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di product management, business development, pianificazione strategica, in ambito trasformazione digitale e/o soluzioni e servizi Cyber/Cloud;- Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni;- Conoscenza avanzata della suite Microsoft 365 (utilizzo professionale di Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI);- Ottime capacità analitiche, con comprovata esperienza in analisi di mercato, business e financial modeling, sales KPI reporting;- Eccellenti capacità di presentazione e di esposizione scritta e parlata in lingua Italiana ed Inglese;- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);- Ca
