- The team Digital Portfolio Governance and Special Projects of the Digital Solutions unit within Gridspertise is looking for a **Contract Management and PMO Specialist.

Join us**What you will do**:
- As a Contract Management and PMO specialist in the Digital/software field, you will be responsible for all the following activities:
- Collaborate with the Vertical units and Internal IT unit as a focal point to manage the activities of the whole contract lifecycle, from the collection of the needs, to the interaction with the Procurement team for the contract definition, to the monitoring of the contracts in their execution phase;
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management colleagues to ensure alignment of the passive invoicing flow with the projects costs planning and monthly monitoring;
- Ensure contracts compliance with the goal of protection of the intellectual property rights, in coordination with IP manager and legal team;
- Monitor contracts evolution in terms of punctuality and capacity, thus collaborating with the Vertical units and Internal IT unit to ensure correct allocation and use of the contracts in line with the projects activities planning;
- Support the definition and the loading of the needs and of the purchasing requests, ensuring standard documentation collection and drafting in compliance to the Procurement procedures;
- Collaborate to the definition of an efficient contract control model and process across the Digital Unit;
- Ensure the monitoring and control of the Service Level Agreements of each contract; Take part to transformation of the Digital Solutions Unit, supporting with PMO activities with a focus on the contract management but ability to cover a wider perimeter, providing oversight and governance of initiatives to ensure they are aligned with the organization's strategy and goals, and are executed effectively and efficiently.**Who you are**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in STEM or Economics with:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in consulting companies;
- Ability to interpret and analyze data;
- Ability to manage relationships with different business units, internal colleagues and third-party vendors;
- Good understanding of system development life cycle, project management and system implementation lifecycle methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to assimilate information quickly, flexibility to work across multiple activities;
- General knowledge of procurement processes, general accounting and passive invoicing process; Proficiency in English.**Following characteristics are considered a plus**:
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBi);
- Basic experience using SAP; Knowledge of Spanish.**What we search in you**:
