Quality Documentation Supervisor

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel reparto qualità, dovrà gestire un team di una decina di risorse e garantire che le seguenti attività siano svolte in conformità agli standard di qualità dell'azienda e ai programmi di pianificazione della produzione:

- esecuzione delle ispezioni interne dei prodotti in base all'ITP (Inspection & Test Plan)
- predisposizione nei tempi previsti e secondo i requisiti della documentazione relativa alla certificazione dei prodotti (certificati dei materiali, rapporti di prova, dichiarazioni di conformità)
- pianificazione, esecuzione e gestione con relativi certificati e registri delle ispezioni di prodotto da parte di terzi (ad esempio, PED, ASME, UKCA....)
- programmazione di test meccanici presso laboratori esterni e revisione dei risultati.
- gestione incontri con i reparti di pianificazione e produzione per preparare e organizzare tutte le ispezioni di qualità interne ed esterne.

Il profilo ricercato supporterà inoltre il Quality Manager durante la preparazione e la partecipazione agli audit di certificazione dei prodotti (ASME, PED, UKCA,...) e durante le riunioni di avvio.

I principali compiti e responsabilità saranno:

- Partecipare alle riunioni di avvio.
- Partecipare a tutte le riunioni giornaliere e di produzione.
- Produrre tutti gli ITP e valutare tutti i PCQ interni.
- Raccogliere e gestire i certificati, insieme all'Ufficio Qualità.
- Raccogliere tutta la documentazione preparata per le ispezioni.
- Essere responsabile dell'emissione di un archivio di documenti.
- Contattare e organizzare le ispezioni di terzi.
- Partecipare e gestire le ispezioni di terza parte direttamente presso i laboratori esterni.
- Pianificare la gestione del sistema elettronico per garantire il controllo dei documenti di ispezione, sotto la supervisione del MQ.
- Essere in grado di essere di supporto per eventuali attività da svolgere in aree diverse (es. sicurezza, audit di qualità, ecc.).
- Essere coinvolti dal MQ nell'analisi delle proprie prestazioni.

**I requisiti per partecipare alla selezione**:
Laurea triennale/magistrale in Ingegneria meccanica o disciplina affine.

Pregressa esperienza di almeno 7/10 anni in un analogo ruolo e nella gestione di Ispezioni e documentazione della qualità dei prodotti e/o certificazione in un'azienda manifatturiera o industriale.

Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese

Forti competenze informatiche, tra cui un elevato livello di conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
