The **Supply Chain C **ustomer Service Associate **will be part of the Export Customer Service Area, reporting to Export Customer Service Manager in the wider function of Supply Chain and Procurement. He/She will coordinate and provide the link between the Affiliates and Site and must be able to effectively communicate and facilitate any information/issues related to the supply of our products.

**Broad Functions**:

- Manage the communication with Affiliates to share all the information related to the stock level and the replenishment plan.
- Coordinate the updates of the Systems related to our Business activities (SAP/TMS/PBI).
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Customer Service Team.
- Lead the process for optimizing TMS utilization avoiding changes on our shipping plan that could create negative impact on Customer Replenishment and product availability.
- Coordinate all the activities coming from New Products Launches, and /or SKU’s portfolio changes
- Have strong mediation skills necessary in unforeseen situations generated by the external market, avoiding stressing the internal functions of the organization and without compromising the level of service.
- Be able to identify gaps in SF steps and work with Continuous Improvement team to find solution.
- Attend Process Team meetings: be responsible to share Customer’s business requirements and constraints to prioritize and balance urgency with site stability.
- Be responsible to internally organize and coordinate (from a Customer Service perspective), with the entire customer service team, planning and operations for preparing the content of the weekly Trulicity Allocation meetings with GSC.

**Main Responsibilities of the role**:

- Cooperate with WHS to optimize process flow between CS & WHS activities about all the business topics related to Forwarders (SOPs, Supply Agreement, Procurement).
- Be part of New Products Introduction Team with the responsibility to follow set SAP data related to the “sales list” to be in compliance with the invoicing flow and the correct forecasting flow.
- Collaborate with the SF functions to help the alignment on priorities.
- Coordinate the information process between customer/planner and PPM/Data Steward in order to minimize the losses in case of packaging materials’ changes.
- Coordinate any source change of products with other sites balancing customer service need.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Economy
- English fluency (minimum B2 level)
- Team Spirit and ability to stablish strong relationships
- Ability to work independently, self-manage on a daily basis working towards clear objectives
- Resilience and ability to work in an uncertain environment
- Time management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
