Eli Lilly Italia, per lo stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino, è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all’interno di un interessante percorso di stage extra-curriculare come **Export Supply Chain Intern**.

La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al Customer Service Manager, supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:

- Gestire i rapporti con i clienti per tutte le attività legate agli ordini (claims, delais, order status, shipping docs)
- Monitorare il software gestionale al fine di tenere sotto controllo gli indicatori PIWIR e OTIF
- Identificare tempestivamente gli out of stock assicurando la corretta escalation
- Partecipare ai meeting settimanali di funzione allo scopo di definire le priorità
- Organizzare le spedizioni coordinando spedizioniere e magazzino sulla base delle richieste del cliente
- Attività progettuali legate al Continuous Improvement

La risorsa avrà la possibilità di interfacciarsi con la funzione logística, production planning, Quality e Global Supply Chain.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea Magistrale ad indirizzo economico od ingeneristico
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza Excel, PPT
- Comunicazione, team work, attitudine al problem solving completano il profilo

Previsto inserimento in stage con rimborso spese pari a 1100€ al mese con accesso gratuito alla mensa e bar aziendali.
