Guest Relations Manager

Resort&Spa Terme Preistoriche S.r.l. has the objective of creating a better working environment that is increasingly attentive to the balance between work and private life, the development of human capital and the growth of the sense of belonging, through various initiatives such as the welfare system that is focused on increasing the well-being of the worker and his family.
Reporting to the Director and representing the Hotel and Management, he will have to deal with:
- Guarantee the full satisfaction and well-being of guests with a view to ensuring an excellent service in line with their personal and professional needs and lifestyle.
- Assist and support the Director in the commercial and promotional activities of the structure in the local area.
- Synergy work with Reception and other departments.
- Knowledge of Protel software, booking expert, vertical booking will be a preferential skill.
- Communication strategy aimed at building customer loyalty.
- Promotion of events organized by the structure.
Essential requirements are excellent standing and fluent knowledge of English and German.
Furthermore, a significant knowledge of the local area and of the various permanent and temporary events linked to the world of culture, art and fashion is preferably required.
