YELDO is a fintech company in the real estate investment space with offices in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. We offer direct digital access to institutional level real estate investments via our technology platform.

**Role summary**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Investment Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of real estate investment. As an intern, you will work closely with our investment professionals, assisting in various aspects of the investment process, including research, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management.

**Main responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Assist in financial modelling and valuation exercises to evaluate the profitability and viability of potential investments.
- Collaborate with the investment team to prepare investment proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the due diligence process by conducting property inspections, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with external service providers.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investment properties and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date investment records and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate investment landscape.

**Application and selection process**
- Preliminary short interview with HR (web conference)
