Mission

To ensure optimal localization of the vehicles in service, following the configuration, equipment, charging and cleaning standards in the most efficient and profitable possible conditions

Functions
Responsible for the infrastructure and resources required to carry out their mission (team of jockeys, work bases, charging posts, cleaning stations, cleaning materials, tow truck for internal use etc.) whether or not the operations are outsourced
Responsible for carrying out operations in accordance with the processes and standards defined by the HUB and in coordination with the HEAD's other departments
Propose and promote the agreements needed to facilitate locally operational viability.
Incorporatein their tasks the actions arising from marketing and communication campaigns that affect operations (sampling, stickers, specific vinyls etc.)
Follow the Dept. dashboard, analyse the KPls and establish the action plans needed to achieve the expected performance
Coordinate the activity of the head of operations of their Spiders.
Manage the direct relationship (on-site care) with the customer in the event of an incident (customer-car -environment), in cooperation with the Customer Care Dept.
4-6 years of experience in operations, consulting, business/analytics or equivalent role;
High skilled in problem solving;
A very self motivated attitude;
Data driven and analytical mindset;
Professional fluency in Italian and English (Spanish a plus);
Willing and able to travel around Italy and sporadically abroad.
