We are looking for an **Amazon Sponsored Ads Lead** to support our Team

In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Aleph's Sponsored Ads offering. This position involves advising senior-level clients, providing scaled insights at industry events, inputting into commercial strategy and guiding our customers to maximize the benefits of Sponsored Ads on Amazon's platform. You will also be responsible for evaluating and establishing relationships with third-party partners and technologies to enhance our offering. Your leadership will be instrumental in growing the Sponsored Ads product globally.

**What you’ll do**:

- Consult at a senior level with Aleph's major clients, providing strategic guidance on leveraging Sponsored Ads for optimal results
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the growth and enhancement of the Sponsored Ads product globally
- Evaluate and establish relationships with third-party partners and technology providers to augment our Sponsored Ads offering
- Provide thought leadership and industry expertise on the latest trends and best practices in Amazon's advertising ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technology to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to ensure our Sponsored Ads product remains competitive and innovative

**What You Need For This Role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising with a specialization in Amazon's Sponsored Ads suite
- Proven track record of consulting at a senior level with key clients and providing strategic guidance
- Strong understanding of the Amazon advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Experience in evaluating and establishing partnerships with third-party vendors and technology providers
