**Sales & Marketing Director **per Azienda di Macchine Automatiche per il Packaging Secondario
Per Azienda italiana che opera nella produzione di macchine automatiche per il packaging secondario, con una reputazione consolidata per l'innovazione e l'eccellenza nella qualità, stiamo cercando un/una Sales & Marketing Director dinamico/a e motivato/a per guidare la divisione Sales & Marketing dell'azienda.

L'obiettivo primario del Sales & Marketing Director è quello di sviluppare delle politiche di marketing coerenti con la Visione e i Valori dell’azienda che consentano di incrementarne il volume d'affari, aumentando le vendite dei prodotti e dei servizi aziendali.
Massimizzare le vendite implica uno studio approfondito e costante dei mercati, per posizionare l'impresa nei segmenti più favorevoli.
In particolare si occupa di:
- Implementare e gestire le strategie di marketing per la commercializzazione dei prodotti.
- Pianificare gli obiettivi di vendita nel breve, medio e lungo periodo.
- Collaborare con i vertici aziendali per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
- Dirigere il team del comparto Sales e Marketing in coerenza con i valori aziendali.
- Individuare la concorrenza nazionale e internazionale. Farsi promotore e diffusore degli elementi distintivi dell'Azienda nel mercato.
- Effettuare ricerche di mercato per posizionare l'azienda nei segmenti più redditizi.
- Ricercare nuovi canali per la distribuzione delle merci.
- Amministrare efficacemente il budget destinato al reparto vendite.
- Decidere quali strumenti utilizzare per profilare la clientela.
- Attuare e migliorare con l'esperienza le pratiche di orientamento al cliente.
- Assumersi la responsabilità dei traguardi non raggiunti fornendo degli eventuali rapporti sulle cause e indicando le possibili soluzioni.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea e/o Master in ambito economico, linguistico, giuridico o ingegneristico.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella posizione di Sales e/o Marketing (strategico) con posizione di Manager o Area Manager.
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di un team.
- Capacità di analisi dei mercati: per poter suggerire nuove opportunità di business, anche tramite processi di internazionalizzazione.
- Capacità analitiche/analisi dei dati: utili ad effettuare delle previsioni di vendita attendibili.
- Lingue: inglese conoscenza mínima C1, preferibilmente una seconda lingua europea
