**Responsibilities**:
SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated **Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A**., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

**Mission**:
You will perform daily activities regarding Corporate Actions for Companies and public issuers and management of clients' cash and securities accounts to settle events.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Collection of Custodians information and study phase of the event
- Preparation of a detailed information for clients
- Process events in our IT system to inform the beneficial holders of the details of the events, allow the order collection and manage the proceed in the Clients’ account
- Support Client's requests and complains by providing solutions and answers

**Profile required**:
**Studies & experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree Economics/Social studies
- Prior experience in Financial Industry would be an asset

**Language skills**:

- Italian - C2
- English - B2

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:
