Gestore Contratti Il Gestore Contratti avrà la responsabilità di gestire i contratti assegnati, perseguendo il rispetto degli impegni contrattuali in termini di tempi, qualità, redditività e costi; avrà inoltre la responsabilità di sviluppare i business con i clienti assegnati e sviluppare le opportunità commerciali emergenti sul territorio di propria competenza. Requisiti necessari:
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook). - Conoscenza di gestione “in modalità ESCO” di impianti tecnologici, di produzione, di energia elettrica, termica, frigorifera e climatizzazione. - Conoscenza dei principi della termoregolazione e della termotécnica. - Conoscenza dei principi del TLC. - Conoscenza dei metodi revisionali dell’energia e delle dinamiche ad essi connessi.
