Una delle principali multinazionali di produzione cosmetica e farmaceutica. Attiva su 60 mercati, l'azienda ha HQ in Germania, 11 uffici internazionali, circa 800 dipendenti.

**PROFILO**

Per l'espansione del mercato italiano, dove l'azienda è presente con agenti ed e-commerce indiretti, cerchiamo un Head Of Sales. Rispondendo al Vice President Southern Europe, con sede a Madrid, avrà la responsabilità di:

- Progettare la strategia per i clienti offline (strategia di portafoglio; business plan annuale)
- Definire la strategia route to market per il lancio di ulteriori categorie di prodotto sui diversi canali (farmaci, alimenti, prodotti farmaceutici, online)
- Guidare la negoziazione annuale con i clienti diretti
- Massimizzare le vendite nette e assicurare la redditività dei clienti attraverso una dettagliata pianificazione delle iniziative
e un regolare monitoraggio dei KPI

**REQUISITI**
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel ruolo
- Provenienza dal settore FMCG, con focus sui canali: drugstore, parafarmacie, GDO
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di agenti e KAM (preferibile)
- Inglese fluente
- Capacità di lavorare con autonomia e spirito imprenditoriale

**Sede di lavoro**: Milano (zona De Angeli), con ampio smart working (il resto del team lavora all'estero)
