Oggi Panerai sviluppa e produce nella manifattura di Neuchâtel i propri movimenti e orologi, sintesi tra design e storia italiani e maestria manifatturiera svizzera, che sono venduti attraverso un’esclusiva rete di distributori e nelle boutique monomarca nel mondo.

For our Operations & Visual Merchandising team within the Creative department of Panerai Milan HQ, we are looking for a Visual Merchandising Intern.

The intern will support operatively the Visual Merchandising department in all the activities related to the development of the central tools.

He/she must ensure the correct implementation managing the set up aligned with the commercial and Visual guidelines of the Brand in the WW Panerai network (internal and external boutiques) as well as wholesales/dealers, hotels and for local events.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the branches to implement properly the local set-up.
- Support in the development of VM corporate seasonal guidelines
- Guarantee the Brand Image consistency worldwide, according to the guidelines issued from the HQ centrally, to optimize spaces and to emphasize the products.
- Support in the definition of the windows guidelines and calendar
- Support in the delivery of feedbacks to VM Regional teams
- Develop images and merchandising tools for Retail and Wholesale (for key Animations and Institutional set up in PoS);
- Follow local installations
- Local survey to follow event’s installations when requests
- Creation of Visual Merchandising Guidelines

**Knowledge and Professional skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic, Communication, Fashion
- Opportunity to activate a **curricular internship** in partnership with the university/master's program
- Organized, accurate and precise, results oriented and high service oriented approach
- Strong sensitivity to the image, aesthetic taste and creativity
- Interest in luxury brands and design
- Flexibility and dynamism
- Fluent English, French is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Ppt, Excel, Word) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Cinema 4D, Rhino
- Flexibility to interact in a multicultural environment
