Commercial payments are a large opportunity for Mastercard. This role will develop and grow our commercial products and solutions for large market B2B and Travel & Entertainment, supplier payments and embedded finance technology partnerships.

The Mastercard Retail & Commerce Sales team is dedicated to building strong relationships with retailers and driving the adoption of Mastercard Services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our sales team operations and contribute to our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data-driven analysis leveraging Mastercard’s proprietary databases and external sources to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors and product performance to strengthen the positioning and sales of Mastercard services.
- Develop high-quality presentations for customer meetings, internal reviews, and external business engagements.
- Monitor, update, and maintain the sales pipeline, including effective CRM (Salesforce) management.
- Collaborate with the legal team to facilitate contract preparation and execution.
- Assist with customer marketing activities and event coordination, including content creation, invitations, and registration management.
- Coordinate team schedules, manage calendars, and arrange business travel for the sales team.
- Lead specific projects and work streams independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Track team budgets and key objectives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other Mastercard functional units to address client needs and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
- Support the account team with compliance-related reporting on sales activities.

All About You:

- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
