L’**Associazione Ai.Bi Amici del Bambini**, ONG che dal 1986 opera in Italia e in 33 paesi del mondo per garantire ad ogni minore il diritto di essere figlio, ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel proprio Ufficio Raccolta Fondi con mansioni di **CRM Specialist**.

**Luogo di lavoro**: Mezzano di San Giuliano Milanese (MI) con possibilità di smart working come da regolamento aziendale

**Anni di esperienza**: almeno 2 anni

**Disponibilità e contratto**: dipendente full-time

**Livello retributivo**: da definire in funzione dell’esperienza

**Descrizione delle attività**
- Registrazione delle anagrafiche in Database;
- Registrazione in CRM delle donazioni ricorrenti e occasionali, provenienti da tutti i canali online e offline (carte di credito, bollettini, bonifici bancari);
- Creazione dei flussi per la ricezione di donazioni ricorrenti;
- Attività di aggiornamento e pulizia del CRM;
- Preparazione reportistica periodica sull’andamento delle donazioni e della raccolta fondi;
- Analisi dei dati donazioni e donatori;
- Gestione rapporti con fornitori e stakeholder esterni (es Poste Italiane, fornitore CRM);
- Gestione della relazione con donatori e prospect attraverso telefonate inbound e outbound per attività di welcome, fidelizzazione, upgrade, recupero donazioni, promemoria donazioni;
- Attività di confronto con Ufficio Amministrazione;
- Presenza attiva agli eventi organizzati dall’Ufficio Comunicazione e Raccolta Fondi.

**Competenze richieste**
- Esperienza professionale in profilo analogo di almeno 2 anni;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo di CRM per la raccolta fondi;
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Buone capacità di comunicazione sia scritta che al telefono;
- Predisposizione all’analisi e interpretazione dei numeri;
- Ottima capacità organizzative;
- Ottima predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali;
- Precisione, rispetto delle scadenze, costanza e metodicità;
- Autonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Condivisione valori e missione di Ai.Bi.;
- Interesse per settore Non Profit e fundraising.
