As Sales Manger you are responsible for growing customer portfolio and growing share and new customer acquisitions in Industrial Coating market in North-Eastern Italy.
If you have a strong background in sales roles in Coating Industry, this role is suitable for you
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining current customer portfolio and growing share and new customer acquisitions in Industrial Coatings market in Noth-Eastern Italy.
- Visit customers on a regular basis to grow the relationships.
- Take care of Distributors and/or agents where they have been appointed to manage territories or market segments.
- Have good knowledge of products, practices and standards to vehicle right products to the market.
- Propose sales agreements: price, payment, delivery, guarantees.
- Prepare quotations according to the PPG procedures.
- Coordinate with sales support and customer service in order to deliver products in the best way possible with customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complains/claims: logistic, invoicing, technical by interfacing with the relevant parties involved.
- Prepare the sales budgets in connections with Market manager.
- Provide accurate sales forecast on a monthly basis.
- Search, start and manage new sales opportunities and implement a correct tracking via PPG tools.
