PreGel S.p.a., world leader company in ingredients for ice cream, pastry and coffee shop, is looking for a Sales Manager in the United Kingdom
The tasks of the selected figure will be:
Management of the sales strategy in the United Kingdom.
Management of an own specific commercial area and supervision of the other sales representatives area
Acquiring new customers, managing the already existing ones, direct selling on the field, research, evaluation and supervision of the distributors.
Market and margin analysis, reports.
Management of the sales team.
Constant alignment with the management in the Head Quarter about the sales strategy.
Technical skills:
Experience of at least 5 years in the same job position or in a similar one.
Experience in team management.
Experience in the Uk territory.
Experience in the direct selling.
Preferable experience in order of preference from pastry ingredients sector or Ice cream ingredients sector, Cafeteria or Food sector.
Master Degree in Economics or in a similar filed.
