Regional Business Manager

The challenge

A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

In charge of the Dishwashing Product Line, you will be accountable for the Category Financials & Go-to-Market Strategy for selected Countries/Clusters.

You will develop the product and brand strategy in agreement with the local organizations with the aim of delivering a competitive offering mix and ensure an effective product launch execution.- Monitor the Sales Forecast & Financial KPIs for decision making on supportive/corrective actions- Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to identify challenges and opportunities- Develop benchmark to set sound product positionings and provide evidence for product line-up revision- Cross-communication with Product Managers/Brand Team/Planning Team to ensure Product Compliance/Communication Material/Launch Timing- Holding regular meetings with the markets to collect insights for better support- Ensure consistency of the product offering mix with the Brand Corporate guidelines- Analyze the sell-out trends and investigate on potential improvement actions- Work closely with the Phase-in/Phase-Out Manager for range rationalization/sales per SKU optimization- Search and Leverage on best practices to guide business improvements across markets.

What you need to succeed- 5+ year experience- Experience in electronic consumers goods is strongly appreciated- Economics/Engineering/Marketing Degree- Product Marketing/Category Management- Commercial exposure- International Environment- Fluent Italian & excellent level of English (other languages are a plus)- Entrepreneurial mindset- Strong analytical skills- Influencing and negotiation- Understanding of sales/commercial processes- Strong decision-making skills- Interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure- Market Interaction- Exception communication skills (public speaking skills)- Availability for business travels
