Finance Transformation Project Manager

What you will do

Haier Europe is looking for a Finance Transformation Project Manager in the Finance division. The role will report to the Finance Transformation Leader and it will be allocated into the Headquarter (Brugherio).

Haier Europe is doing a deep finance transformation, in terms of goals, processes, models and systems. This transformation is described on a 5-year roadmap and its digital side is based on 5 pillars:

- backbone on SAP S/4 Hana;
- business partnering through Data & Analytics;
- from reporting to the Integrated Business Planning;
- automation to focus on value

The Finance Transformation Project Manager will drive projects on the controlling and reporting areas, ensuring the end-to-end consistency of the model, drafting the processes, validating the solutions designed by the consultants, managing the implementation and proposing new initiatives.

S/he will play 2 other roles:
be the main player for Controlling & Reporting about SAP matters during the closing activities, manage the Material Ledger and define the final process to be assigned to another team.

As a FT PM for controlling and reporting:

- ensuring the end-to-end consistency of the model
- drafting the processes
- validating the solutions designed by the consultants
- managing the implementations on Finance side
- proposing new initiatives

As main player for Controlling & reporting about SAP matters:

- Support users for main “how-to” topics
- Define a plan of enhancements needed and be the single point of contact for the CRs (change request), validates all the solutions and manage them with IT
- Address the main issues to IT Application Maintenance

As Material Ledger manager:

- Manage the closing activities for some periods
- Define the final process to be assigned to another team

What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, having held positions of increasing scope and responsibility in finance transformation / SAP /digital finance projects
- In-depth proficiency in aspects of controlling and reporting is required
- In depth knowledge of SAP S/4 (CO, CO-PA, CO-ML, CO-PS) is required
- Good experience on project management
- Knowledge of analytics and EPM tools are a plus
- Fluency English
- Italian knowldge is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated by facilitation, collaboration and conflict resolution
- Experience in high-growth, multi-national organization or consulting firms is a plus.
