**Your Impact**
- Participate to the Project Steering group and drive agreement on project outcomes and delivery methodology via an approved project charter.
- Create and maintain project plans that span the complete SDLC and encompass QRG IT requirements for financial planning, resource estimation, vendor oversight and requirements specifications.
- Build and manage team(s) to deliver the project to the agreed scope, schedule. cost and quality; Project execution requires the PM to also act in the role Scrum Master.
- Ensure risks are identified and monitored throughout the project lifecycle and that the appropriate response is planned and implemented.
- Track, review and control project progress and performance; ensure changes to the agreed scope, schedule, cost and/or quality are appropriately approved and replan the project accordingly.
- Ensure project is complete in terms of scope and quality; proactively manage handover to operational support; conduct and publish lessons learned; carry out financial closure.

**What You Bring**
- Demonstrates solid working knowledge and understanding in the Project Management process and the tools used to support that process.
- Understands the structure and processes of the QRG Technology organization, including the roles of team members and the information and/or resources they may require.
- Utilizes thorough business knowledge to understand client requirements and how the current technology supports and affects the business.
- Develops basic understanding of the retail industry.
- Understands the impacts of regulations, laws and company policies, standards and procedures to their role.
- Manages multiple sub-projects of varied scope and complexity.
- Ensures that project change requests are proactively managed; this includes providing full visibility to the project sponsor.
- Throughout the project lifecycle (including the post implementation support period), takes a proactive approach to problem (issue) identification and solution, engaging with the appropriate technical expert to provide first and second level troubleshooting, technical and operational support with limited guidance.
- Provides guidance to other Project Managers in the management of agreed solutions within the same initiative.
- Through effective stakeholder analysis (to VP Level), provides thorough, concise and timely communication / documentation throughout project lifecycle which is audience appropriate; ensure the tracking of agreed actions visibility of status to the project team members and other stakeholders at all times.
- Build productive networks with internal clients; ensure open communication channels with vendors; work with vendors to address, and provide visibility of, open issues and risks.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
