Operation Material Planning Manager

- What you will do
- Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Operations and managing 2 people, the Operation Material Planning Manager will be responsible to coordinate local Supply Chain Managers worldwide in order to guarantee production continuity supporting company Sales opportunities, optimizing Inventory, Logistics cost and Total cost of ownership.
- Main activities:

- Build and implement detailed ‘as is’, ideal and target process maps of an inclusive Operation Material Planning organization
- Drive and manage major Supply Chain challenges companywide minimizing impact on Company targets, escalating, and informing top management
- Critical suppliers’ capacities collections and monitoring, in order to support company 5 year business plan targets
- Design and optimize inbound/outbound plant flows in coherence with world class logistics concept guaranteeing best practice sharing and implementation through different regions
- Act as Business Process Owner in order to define main tools and its functional requirement to support Plant Supply Chain model execution
- Support Phase in/Phase out process to minimize level of Inventory and obsolescence monitoring Long Lead Time components programming and guaranteeing project timing
- Monitor and track special transport to support plants normal running and meet service level
- What you need to succeed
- Master’s degree in engineering or similar
- Fluent in English and Italian, Turkish will be considered a plus
- 5-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain both in plant and HQ with extended experience in material planning, components warehouse management, process optimization
- Solid experience in multinational environment leveraging on functional reports
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (mainly MM module) and EWM, Ms Office will be considered a plus
