Il **TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE /BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, **in qualità di tecnico e promoter si occuperà di assistenza técnica e con spirito commerciale promuoverà il prodotto proponendo soluzioni innovative.

**Qual è la sfida per te e per l’azienda?**:
Sviluppare il business Carte Adesive in Italia e la customer satisfaction dei clienti fidelizzati.

**Must have?**:
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come tecnico promoter nel settore delle soluzioni per l’industria delle Carte Adesive o affini.

*** COSA FA IL TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE /BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**?****:
A riporto del Responsabile Vendite Carte Adesive, il TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE /BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT assiste i clienti dei contesti industriali che utilizzano Carte Adesive per le loro produzioni. In particolare, si occupa di:

- Assistenza técnica e gestione reclami, recandosi presso i clienti per comprendere e risolvere le varie problematiche:

- In ottica di Business Development svolgerà attività di promozione illustrando le diverse potenziali applicazioni del prodotto.

**CANDIDATO IDEALE**:

- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come tecnico promoter di prodotti e soluzioni per l’industria del settore Carte Adesive o affini oppure qualificata esperienza técnica presso stampatori, produttori di macchine stampa flexo, offset e buona attitudine commerciale.
- Formazione come perito tecnico, preferibilmente scuola gráfica
- Livello B1 della lingua inglese;
- La conoscenza della lingua spagnola sarà considerata un plus;
- Soft skills: problem solving, capacità relazionali e di lavorare in team.
