Join us for the opening of our first Ruby Hotel in Italy, opening its doors with 118 rooms. Ruby Bea is located in the Tuscan capital Florence, directly on Piazza della Líberta in the northern part of the historic city centre. The old town district of San Marco, with its world-famous museums and botanical gardens is also just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is being built in a historic building from the 19th century and - in addition to the typical Florentine arcades on the ground floor - offers exceptional high ceilings, allowing for some of the rooms to be designed as maisonettes.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of **Europe's most exciting locations** and many more projects under construction. We **break new ground** with our **Lean Luxury philosophy**, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- prepare a wide variety of cocktails and other drinks and snacks with a few skilful moves
- let your imagination run wild and develop your very own drink creations depending on the season
- design the bar menu together with your lead according to taste and season
- take over the professional bar training of the employees
- use and manage all materials in a cost-conscious manner
- take on varied tasks in the service area as well as reception activities
- know what's hot at the moment and provide guests with the latest insider tips about the city
- look after all guests according to the Ruby philosophy
- are responsible for receiving, checking and stocking goods

- some experience in a similar position
- a confident, sincere manner as well as a passionate attitude
- the ability to multitask and learn quickly
- proficient written & spoken Italian and English skills
- high personal commitment and loyalty
- dependability and composure
- professional training in Hospitality Management or similar would be a nice to have
