**Contenuto del tirocinio**:
Inserito nella struttura Sales & Service, il tirocinante riporterà alla figura del Central Product Owner dell’area. Il dipartimento ha come mission lo sviluppo tecnologico dei canali fisici di ING, interfacciandosi con i dipartimenti di prodotto (mutui, prestiti, daily banking, investimenti, etc.) e con altri stakeholder rilevanti (responsabili canali commerciali, area manager, store manager).

**Principali contenuti progetto formativo**:
Affiancherà il responsabile del team ed i colleghi più senior nella gestione dei processi e degli strumenti di Customer Relashionship Management (CRM) a supporto dei canali di vendita. Le principali attività in cui sarà coinvolto saranno:

- Supporto nelle analisi di Business Requirement e nelle attività di Quality Assurance sulle iniziative di evoluzione funzionale del tool CRM;
- Supporto nelle relazioni con il team di sviluppo del tool CRM;
- Supporto nella comunicazione verso i principali stakeholder e verso il management (organizzazione e preparazione dei SAL meeting)
- Coordinamento con i canali di vendita per indirizzamento e risoluzione delle problematiche operative riscontrate sul tool CRM;
- Preparazione e somministrazione di survey sulla soddisfazione interna dei Canali di vendita nell’utilizzo del sistema CRM con successiva analisi e presentazione dei risultati;
**Requisiti**
- Laurea in discipline economiche/ingegneristiche
- Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office in particolare per i tool di analisi dati (Excel) e di presentazione (Power Point)
- Capacità di problem solving, autonomia e proattività
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali
- Inglese fluente
