**RETAIL AREA MANAGER EMEA**

Principali responsabilità:

- Gestione operativa e qualità: presidio dei processi e procedure operative, sviluppo manualistica, livello di servizio, qualità, sicurezza;
- Gestione del personale: selezione e sviluppo delle risorse umane, coordinamento team operativi dei punti vendita dell’area assegnata;
- Conto Economico: presidio raggiungimento target di P&L, produttività e costo del personale, gestione vendite, gestione costi di funzionamento;
- Definizione e realizzazione degli obiettivi commerciali: gestione budget, action plan e stock;
- Coordinamento Field Vs Staff: gestione e coordinamento delle attività di “service” degli uffici centrali vs. negozi;
- Valutazione del mercato di riferimento, selezione e gestione partner locali/agenti per sviluppo mercati export;
- Collaborazione con la Direzione Stile per definire strategia, composizione della collezione e piano delle consegne;
- Gestione delle campagne vendita in showroom: formazione team di vendita, raccolta ordini collezione e scelta assortimento per i diversi mercati;
- Stretta collaborazione con gli altri dipartimenti di sede (Retail Planning, Marketing, VM, HR, Finance)
- Supervisione dell’immagine negozi e dell’esperienza cliente;
- Gestione progetti per le nuove aperture.

Competenze:
Viene richiesta una fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di un’altra lingua straniera costituirà titolo preferenziale.

Comprovata conoscenza dei principali sistemi gestionali, pacchetto office.
