Riporterai alla PeopleCulture Director e lavorerai a strettissimo contatto con tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione. La tua mission sarà quella di garantire che ogni touch point dell’Employee Experience di OneDay sia rappresentativa e coerente con la nostra cultura...senza mai dimenticare un pizzico di WOW

Ecco di cosa ti occuperai, pensando all'esperienza nelle sue fasi principali:
- PRIMA:
- Avrai in carico la gestione delle New Entry, dal primissimo momento di onboarding, all’inserimento nella company: avrai piena autonomia nel disegnare un piano di onboarding WOW.
- DURANTE
- Curarai e migliorare costantemente la OneDay Experience a 360°.
- Realizzerai un piano di training efficace e ingaggiante
- Sarai il volto e la voce del gruppo OneDay: comunicherai con i team member internamente e sarai anche il nostro rappresentante durante gli appuntamenti mondani/formativi esterni.
- Prepararei, curerai, lancerai e analizzerai la Survey di Clima annuale, il 360 Feedback e le Stay Interview;
- Organizzerai gli eventi annuali che sanciscono la #vitadateam;
- Disegnerai la strategia di Employer Branding e la tradurrai in azioni concrete che possano avere un reale impatto.
- Sarai il motore della community OneDay e lavorerai a 360° sull’engagement e il commitment del team.
- DOPO:
- Seguirai le exit interview dei colleghi in uscita;
- Ti occuperai della community di "Alumni".

Sei la persona giusta per questa posizione se:

- hai esperienza in ruoli simili o hai lavorato nella funzione PeopleCulture per almeno uno/due anni;
- hai una forte propensione all’ascolto e vuoi lasciare un impatto concreto con il tuo lavoro.
