Per azienda nostra cliente, importante realtà multinazionale del settore dolciario, siamo alla ricerca di un

**Plant Maintenance Manager - per la sede di Arlon (Belgio)**

La figura ricoprirà un ruolo chiave all'interno del senior management team presso lo stabilimento estero di Arlon, che conta 1.400 dipendenti.

La persona gestirà un team di 90 persone per svolgere i seguenti compiti principali:

- Coordinamento di tutte le attività di manutenzione elettrica e meccanica;
- Gestione in autonomia del budget manutentivo: analisi periodiche su budget e revisioni di spesa;
- Definizione e analisi dei KPI di manutenzione;
- Plant design: partecipa alle fasi di progettazione/pianificazione di nuovi macchinari e attrezzature; collaborare durante le fasi di montaggio dei nuovi macchinari e delle linee di produzione per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e dei tempi di realizzazione;
- Gestione Fornitori: collabora nella gestione dei fornitori di attrezzature e/o servizi per garantire il più efficiente utilizzo degli stessi relativamente al bilanciamento dei carichi di lavoro e al controllo dei subappalti;
- Gestione delle parti di ricambio: garantisce la gestione ottimizzata delle parti di ricambio e del magazzino ricambi

Requisiti:

- Disponibilità al trasferimento sulla sede di Arlon
- Esperienza nel ruolo di Maintenance Manager all’interno di contesti produttivi tecnologicamente avanzati e internazionali
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese - la padronanza linguistica verrà testata in fase di colloquio iniziale
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica

Luogo di lavoro: Arlon - Belgio.
