Your ‘day to day’

As a Strategy Leader you will work within the strategy & results delivery of the Operations function.

This team is the nerve centre for operations to help deliver the transformation of PMI towards a smoke-free future portfolio. Driving and managing projects that deliver step change in service (speed), productivity (cost) and cash. That will unlock resources for PMI and deliver the new portfolio on time to consumers to help accelerate the shift towards a smoke free future portfolio.

As a strategy leader, you will be part of projects that delivers step change. A typical project has 3-5 members of all seniority and expertise. This role involves leading work streams (workstreams are part of the project objectives) by generating hypothesis, defining levers, defining shifts the group has to make, objective fact-based analysis and bringing knowledge back insights.

Through these, the strategy leader will bring outside knowledge in, question the status quo, listen well to stake holders and lead synthesis of all the findings for their workstream with clear and precise executive communication

The strategy leader will be guided by a strategy project manager and strategy director

We expect the strategy leader to be independent in execution and hold the highest standards of execution.

Who we’re looking for:

- 3-5 years of work experience (maximum) in top tier consulting firms (Experience in top FMCG, electronics companies is a plus)
- MBA from top tier University
- Outstanding track record of performance throughout the career
- Track record to lead and/or influence mid management (Experience with senior management is a plus)
- Outstanding academic achievement or any excellence in any non-academic field (Eg. Sports, music, art, military)
