La mission della società è di massimizzare i tassi di occupazione degli immobili, mantenendo elevati gli incassi attraverso il proprio know-how unico di dynamic pricing e prendendosi cura dell’ospite e dell’immobile durante il soggiorno grazie alle attività di accoglienza, check-in & check-out, assistenza e pulizia.

**Guest Support - Gestione Ospiti BnB e Affitti Brevi**

**SEDE DI LAVORO: Milano (MM1 De Angeli)**

**Attività principali**
- Gestione operativa delle emergenze e dei problemi che si verificano durante i soggiorni;
- Controllo capillare della registrazione degli ospiti e gestione dei messaggi che arrivano sulle le chat dei portali Ota;
- Coordinamento dei team di accoglienza, manutentori e imprese di pulizia;
- Gestione dei self-check-in;
- Compilazione e implementazione dei file di reportistica attraverso Excel;
- Attività di back-office inerenti all’ingresso degli ospiti negli appartamenti;
- Supporto nell’implementazione delle procedure del team operativo;
- Monitoraggio e implementazione delle schede tecniche degli immobili.

**Cosa Cerchiamo?**
- Gradita esperienza in mansioni similari;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare MS Excel;
- Capacità di coordinamento, pianificazione e organizzazione;
- Attenzione minuziosa per i dettagli e capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend al mese e nei giorni festivi (a rotazione);
- Precisione ed accuratezza;
- Passione per il settore turistico e dell’hospitality.
