**Position Overview**:
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible in maximizing profits for the hotel through creative and selective selling and ensuring successful events from conception to completion.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Assistant Director of Sales, you will plan and deliver a proactive plan to achieve set goals for Hotel Eden Rome.
You will work cohesively with the various hotel departments and follow the BEO to ensure all client requirements
Ability to comprehend P&L, pace and budget reports
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental, divisional and hotel policies, procedures and standards
Interact with clients during meetings and events
Contact and entertain clients, prospect and qualify new business for increased market share
Occasional travel to industry events
