**Virtual Reality Sales Manager (M/F/d)**:
TXT Group is looking for a Virtual Reality Sales Manager (M/F / d)
The Virtual Reality Sales Manager combines expertise on digital trends and technologies with an intimate understanding of clients' industries and their needs.
We search a figure with good knowledge of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality and their beneficial value to industrial use-cases, strong demonstrated knowledge of turn-key solution offering, and CRM understanding are ideal.
This role is a part of our Sales Department and reports to our Extended Reality Sales Director.
This job is to be carried out between Milan and Berlin.
**The work includes**:
Effectively and independently distill and deliver the value proposition, articulating our Pacelab WEAVR product, integrations, and services over the phone and during presentation;
Acquire new customers, and develop positive and sustainable professional relationships
Deliver high-quality conversations to achieve and exceed sales targets;
Develop a contact & call strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets;
Daily outreach using a discovery, value pitch, objection handling and compelling closing statements to win the business;
Execute effectively against all targets, goals and strategic objectives set by leadership;
Deliver presentations, attend industry events, and build the company profile in market as needed.
**You bring with you**:
4+ years of experience in account management and sales in an Industrial market
Technical Background
Proficiency in English, German is a plus
Knowledge of the VR / AR Industry, market player and technologies
The ambition to achieve and succeed, a strong work-ethic, and a competitive nature
Mastery of sales techniques including cold calling, objection handling, quarterly planning, pipeline management, sales forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and digital tools.
**The profile is completed by**:
Aptitude for industrial competitiveness, relational and intellectual empathy;
Strong decision-making ability independently and in a team, to ensure the victory of the entire group;
**Willingness for improvement and flexibility**: rapid adaptation to changes, seeking feedback with the aim of refining strategy and results.
The role will be cross between two of the TXT Group companies and tech and Pace Engineering.
