**EUMABOIS, Federazione Europea delle Associazioni Nazionali dei produttori di macchine e componenti per la lavorazione del legno **ricerca un funzionario per la gestione della Segreteria, da inserire nell’organico di **Acimall, l’Associazione dei Costruttori Italiani di Macchine per la Lavorazione del Legno** presso la cui sede di Assago Milanofiori (MI) la segreteria stessa è collocata. La risorsa dovrà seguire anche l’ufficio Studi di Acimall.
- **Nello specifico, le mansioni inerenti l’Ufficio Studi comprendono**:_
- _scouting di database nazionali e internazionali per reperire e organizzare dati e informazioni di carattere macroeconomico e settoriale,_
- _analisi ed elaborazione dati ed esecuzione di modelli di stima e impatto (excel). Interpretazione dei dati, elaborazione di presentazioni grafiche (power point) e stesura di report di sintesi._
- **Con riferimento alla Segreteria della federazione europea è contemplato quanto segue**:_
- _affiancamento al presidente della federazione nell’espletamento del proprio mandato,_
- _elaborazioni analisi statistiche per l’industria di riferimento a livello europeo, creazione di market reports e report annuali/trimestrali,_
- _gestione website e aggiornamento dei social media, creazione di contenuti promozionali e preparazione di newsletter,_
- _rapporti con enti fieristici internazionali: contrattualistica, e promozione degli eventi sponsorizzati,_
- _organizzazione dell’Assemblea generale annuale dei soci e preparazione di riunioni e verbali,_
- _coordinamento di piccoli gruppi di lavoro su tematiche tecnico/promozionali,_
- _gestione amministrativa (fatture e pagamenti, supporto alla definizione del budget annuale e alla chiusura dei bilanci annuale e semestrale)._
- **Requisiti**_: _
- _laurea specialistica o master preferibilmente in ambito economico,_
- _ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office,_
- _inglese fluente scritto e parlato,_
- _disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all’estero a fiere del settore_
- _dinamicità e curiosità per le tematiche europee e industriali,_
- _mindset quantitativo e analitico,_
- _capacità di gestione delle priorità e dei progetti, attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi;_
- _capacità a lavorare su progetti trasversali_
- _attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali_
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito associativo/camere di commercio costituirà un plus._
- Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con CCNL commercio._
- Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno valutate in base al profilo._
- Sede: Assago, Milanofiori. No Smart working._
