L'Hotel Papadopoli Venezia - MGallery Hotel Collection è un hotel di 4*Sup situato nel tipico Sestiere di Santa Croce, a pochi passi da Piazzale Roma e dalla Stazione ferroviaria di Venezia Santa Lucia.

Per l'ampliamento del proprio organico è alla ricerca di di un/una Room Division Manager.

Il ruolo consiste nel guidare e gestire le operazioni quotidiane (front office, housekeeping, concierge, prenotazioni, manutenzione e i rapporti con gli ospiti) per garantire il rispetto di tutti gli standard di servizio.

Il Room Division Manager trasmette l'immagine e l'atmosfera dell'hotel attraverso il suo atteggiamento esemplare, l'accoglienza calorosa e amichevole, la disponibilità e la presenza frequente sul campo.

Lui/lei:
Ø Sviluppa relazioni strette con gli ospiti durante il loro soggiorno con l'obiettivo di fidelizzarli.

Ø Prepara i bilanci annuali e li amministra in modo fiscalmente responsabile.

Ø Guidare e supportare tutte le aree nel raggiungimento dei loro obiettivi finanziari e operativi.

Ø Controlla tutti gli acquisti per il reparto, con una costante attenzione alla qualità e ai costi.

Ø Contribuisce alla preparazione del piano strategico annuale e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e dei target in esso contenuti.

Ø Garantisce una gestione efficace e proattiva dei ricavi, aumentando l'indice RevPAR all'interno del competitive set di riferimento.

Ø Supervisiona le attività delle squadre.

Ø Supervisiona la selezione, la formazione e lo sviluppo di tutti i colleghi per garantire l'assunzione tempestiva e la crescita professionale.

Ø Gestisce e motiva le squadre per migliorare le performances quantitative e qualitative.

Ø Implementa e garantisce il rispetto delle politiche di vendita, delle indicazioni di reparto, delle procedure e degli standard di servizio.

Ø Segue tutte le politiche di sicurezza e ne garantisce la messa in opera.

Ø È in costante contatto con gli altri reparti per assicurarsi che le informazioni circolino in modo fluido e comprensibile a tutti i componenti.

Ø Avvia nuovi progetti, coordinandone l'attuazione e il follow-up.

Le responsabilità previste dal ruolo comprendono quanto sopra dettagliato in modo non limitativo. Quanto descritto deve considerarsi come linea guida. L’hotel confida nella massima flessibilità per garantire la continuità operativa e gli elevati standard attualmente raggiunti.

È richiesta una laurea in Management Turistico o equipollente oppure il diploma in ambito turistico abbinato ad un’esperienza di almeno 5 anni in pari ruolo.

Costituiscono fattore preferenziale la conoscenza del mercato veneziano e la residenza in zone limitrofe oltre alla perfetta padronanza scritta e orale delle lingue inglese e francese. L’hotel non fornisce alloggio.
