**Come puoi lasciare il tuo segno?**

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del Team vendite, riporterà all’Head of Sales Italy e si occuperà di supportare l’intero processo di vendita, interagendo con le figure interne (CRM, Operations) per lo sviluppo dell’offerta, e con il cliente per il follow-up delle attività nel quotidiano, in accordo al target di fatturato e marginalità prefissata dalla Business Unit di riferimento.

Il ruolo prevede di lavorare in maniera proattiva e sinergica con funzioni aziendali quali Sales e Operations, sia per la promozione e sviluppo di nuove aree di business strategiche, che per l’implementazione di una delivery di successo, rispondente ai target prefissati.

In particolare la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Ideazione, sviluppo ed esecuzione di un piano d’azione efficace su base clienti esistenti con execution globale, in linea con le richieste del Management in termine di vendite/fatturato e profitto aziendale;
- Gestione del cliente esistente nel quotidiano in piena sinergia con il team CMR e Operations, favorendo e costruendo relazioni a lungo termine, rispondendo in maniera tempestiva ed efficiente alle richieste, offrendo soluzioni che creino valore;
- Interfaccia cliente/laboratorio per facilitare on-boarding di nuovi progetti e/o programmi local/global;
- Redazione proposte tecnico-commerciali che soddisfino i bisogni e gli obiettivi dei clienti, in sinergia con Operation ed in linea con le richieste del Management e profitto aziendale;
- Aggiornamento puntuale del CRM aziendale e reporting funzionale;
- Operare in ottica di cross-selling con le altre linee di Business.

**Cosa ricerchiamo per avere successo in questa posizione?**
- Titolo di studi: Laurea in ambito commerciale o tecnico preferibile ma non essenziale;
- Cerchiamo una persona brillante, energica, con spiccate doti organizzative, comunicative e di networking;
- L’esperienza nelle vendite è preferibile, soprattutto in ambito TIC SoftLine;
- Essenziale è la capacità di lavorare all'interno di una squadra, pur essendo un autodidatta;
- Disponibilità ad intraprendere viaggi attraverso il Nord Italia per visite presso clienti e/o eventi Business, che comportano pernottamenti (10% del tempo);
- È requisito mandatorio la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, sarà considerato un plus la conoscenza della lingua francese.

Sede di lavoro: La modalità lavorativa prevista è interamente da remoto, con sede di riferimento San Miniato o Milano e trasferte c/o uffici Clienti e c/o laboratorio
