**Position Summary**
**Role and Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the national Service & After Sales network.
- Train and certify national Service partners according to the Company’s Service and After Sales strategy.
- Ensure that national Service and After Sales networks performs accordingly to the required standards (quality, customer satisfaction, costs, etc.), implementing and monitoring performance KPIs.
- Propose and implement corrective actions and improvements of Service procedures and task flows;
- Ensure that the customer claim is efficiently taken care of through the different levels of Service escalation and screening (Service partners / direct assistance/ Headquarters support).
- Provide direct assistance to the customer where needed, remotely or directly on site.
- Produce the required Service reporting to HQ and to local management.
- Communicate and support HME sales in order to provide the customer with an integrated, high quality of Service and After Sales activities, and to improve the overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform Installation and User training during after sales phase directly at the customer.
- Support the customer remotely by providing first level help-desk service when needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Educational Background: Bachelor, Master preferably in Biomedical or Electronic or Information Technology Engineering.
- Professional Background: 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role in multinaltional companies. An Ultrasound Technical Support previous experience will be considered a plus.
- Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
- Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English.
- Travel required: 50% domestic transfers.
- Others: Project management skills, adaptability and dynamism
