Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT) **EFT Division** is recruiting **a Relationship Manager** who will join our Merchant Services organization and will be responsible to manage a portfolio of existing clients building strong relationships, while also developing our Merchant Services business and growing new revenue streams.

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients and upsell new products and services.
- Act as the lead daily point of contact with each client for all operational and financial queries, whilst providing excellent service and support, and dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Euronet Merchant Services solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Responsible for the delivery of regular client training to ensure key commercial KPI’s are being met.
- Review and prepare regular performance tracking reports per client and present to management with recommendations on how to improve performance.
- Manage customer incentive program with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop further business relationships and support the New Business Sales teams with leading hotels/merchants within the hospitality and/or retail sectors to build upon our strong references.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the clients’ and Euronet’s business competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:
**_ GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:_**
- University Degree is desirable, preferably in Business Administration. Professional training in customer relationship management and/or sales is an asset.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, targeting the Hospitality and Luxury retail industries.
- Prior knowledge of Gift Card, Prepaid, Issuing, Acquiring, Gaming or Ecommerce products is a strong asset.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing large accounts.
- Ability to construct detailed targeted customer business development plans and execute against them.
- Experience of working in a rapid, fast-moving environment, which is both complex and changing.
- IT literate with a commercial mindset.
- Fluency in English (oral and writing skills).
- Willingness to travel.
