**Posizione**:
Cerchiamo un/una stagista che supporterà la Divisione Risorse Umane e Sviluppo Organizzativo nelle seguenti attività:
- Employer Branding: definizione del piano editoriale e dei relativi contenuti; individuazione di attività di networking con Università e istituti di formazione e specializzazione professionale; attività di comunicazione interna;
- Formazione e sviluppo: attuazione del piano formativo annuale, in particolare l’organizzazione dei corsi, il monitoraggio e la creazione della relativa reportistica, nonché le attività legate alla formazione finanziata (individuazione e gestione del fondo);
- Processo annuale di valutazione della performance: gestione degli analytics e creazione di report;
- Benessere organizzativo: realizzazione dei programmi progettati per i lavoratori e le lavoratrici di AIIT;
- Progetti di change management: coinvolgimento in progetti strategici del dipartimento HR, con particolare riferimento alle attività di supporto nella raccolta e sistematizzazione dei dati, realizzazione di presentazioni ad hoc.
Il percorso formativo proposto consentirà di acquisire competenze professionali adeguate a ricoprire ruoli specialistici all’interno delle Direzioni Risorse Umane, con particolare riferimento agli aspetti di sviluppo organizzativo: processi di reclutamento e gestione dei talenti, _change management_, cultura organizzativa.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in materie umanistiche
- Master in organizzazione e sviluppo delle Risorse Umane
- Conoscenza dei principali processi HR
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office e, in particolare, di Excel
- Buona conoscenza di strumenti di progettazione gráfica (es. Canva) e di piattaforme di collaborazione digitale (es. Miro)
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Ottime capacità di organizzazione del lavoro
- Ottima Flessibilità e proattività
- Buona capacità di analisi
- Buona capacità di problem solving
- Spiccato interesse alla crescita personale e all’apprendimento continuo
