**We are looking for**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Head of People & Culture **(M/F/d)**, who desires to proactively lead and collaborate with our People Team to create and implement People solutions that support our growth.

**Your role in BizAway**
- Lead a young and dynamic HR team (7 people) in 5 different locations: Milano, Barcelona, Vigo, Tirana and Shkoder;
- Implement effective strategies to enhance employee retention, engagement and satisfaction;
- Ensure effective and aligned performance management processes across the organization;
- Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on employee relationship matters and any queries regarding people policies, procedures and programs;
- Improve employee policies across our locations in Europe to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
- Optimize hiring, onboarding and training activities in line with the company’s fast growth on the market
- Provide regular reports and People metrics to the Leadership Team and drive continuous improvement in People management across the company
- Last but not least, act as a culture champion in promoting our purpose and values (Proactive; Reliable; Kind)

**Your “Must Have” qualifications**
- Proven experience in a strategic HR team leadership role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices
- Advanced knowledge of European Labour Laws in, compensation and benefits strategies
- Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety regulations
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems, such as Factorial, is desirable
- Strong verbal and written English

**We are also interested in**
- Prior experience working in fast-paced scale-up and international environment
- Any other european language will be considered a plus
- Experience in a sustainability related field and performing ESG due diligence
