Per Azienda leader nel settore automotive, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di:
Authority Control Specialist
All’interno del team Authority Control, la risorsa assicura l’esecuzione delle attività relative alla manutenzione dei veicoli, durante il periodo di noleggio e rivendita della flotta, monitorandone tutti gli aspetti tecnici, economici e di servizio al Cliente previsti.
Responsabilità:
- Monitorare costantemente le tempistiche di autorizzazione delle attività manutentive ordinarie e straordinarie, relative agli ambiti:
meccanica, carrozzeria e pneumatici;
- Garantire nei casi previsti, analisi ed azioni puntuali legate ad un aumento dei costi e\o decremento del livello di servizio erogato;
- Supportare i team interni nei feedback inerenti l’ambito di competenza, in particolar modo in occasione dei tender, rinnovo contrattuale dei provider, complain sul fermo tecnico;
- Eseguire costanti aggiornamenti con i principali provider che supportano le attività, garantendo azioni immediate in caso di problematiche sul livello di servizio atteso;
- Dialogare costantemente con il team del fermo
tecnico, al fine di favorire la risoluzione dei complain e facilitare l’ottimizzazione delle attività e performance ad esso riferite;
- In accordo con l’Authority Control Supervisor provvede ad autorizzare preventivi di riparazione e/o di manutenzione collegati a casi complessi e critici con particolare impatto su tempistiche di riparazione, guasti ripetuti, impatto cliente, opportunità aggiuntive di saving;
- Supporta l’Authority Control Supervisor nelle verifiche di persona presso i riparatori e fornitori di parti di ricambio, con l’obiettivo di verificare il corretto processo riparativo, di elaborare piani migliorativi ed effettuare il reporting di tutte le carenze emerse.
Requisiti:
- Diploma/Laurea in ambito meccanico o gestionale;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel);
- Conoscenza delle tecniche riparative degli autoveicoli;
- Capacità di analisi;
- Conoscenza del mercato Automotive, delle sue regolamentazioni in ottica motorizzazioni/emissioni.
E' previsto l'inserimento diretto in Azienda.
Contratto a tempo determinato
