**Mission**

**Profile**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Production and Logistic departments to plan, organize and control the shippers;
- Defines weekly transportation plans for stores and external warehouses in collaboration with Customer Services team;
- Proactively anticipate or resolves any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency;
- Maintains proper and accurate Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment Administration;
- Optimize routes and transport plans from a geographical and economic point of view;
- Maintain proactive contact with regions to support them in all of quality issues related the shipment;
- To fill, process and control all transportation documents according to procedures;
- To provide monthly reporting of activity (import and export transportation);

**Profile**
- Degree in Management/Logistics Engineering or Economics
- Prior experience in Transportation Department (at least 2/3 years)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong organizational skills
- Good numerical skills and understanding of data analysis
