**Position Summary**

The Partnership Agent - Insurance will have an active role in supporting the Business Operations department regarding the insurance of our fleet. His/ her primary responsibility will be to coordinate the process of our new vehicle insurance, communicate with customers to serve their needs in various matters, and perform administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Assist with clients’ (insurance) requests and with the claims process
- Provide customer support regarding fleet insurance and accidents, having always in mind to build rapport with our customer base
- Coordinate the car ledger process by importing and tracking all necessary documentation
- Coordinate the fleet insurance process by communicating with all stakeholders (customers, workshops, insurance companies, etc.)
- Assist meetings to evaluate and expand our insurance partnerships
- Track insurance payments in combination with the finance team
- Perform administrative tasks including maintaining customer insurance records, partnership invoices, etc.

**Your profile**
- 1-2 years of professional experience in insurance or business operations
- BSc/BA and/or Master’s in Economics, Business Administration or another related field from a top tier University in Rome and beyond
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment
- Trustworthy and dependable personality with a strong work ethic and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent command of the Italian/ English language (both written and spoken)
- Computer literacy
- Ideally you are an automotive enthusiast
