Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all’interno del dipartimento After Sales & Spare Parts di CFT Group, nel ruolo di Spare Parts & Upgrade Specialist. La risorsa individuata lavorerà in supporto all’After Sales Manager e si occuperà della gestione del rapporto aziendale con i clienti CFT nell’ambito delle attività di sviluppo offerta e gestione ordine cliente, per la gamma di prodotti Ricambi, Riparazioni e Upgrades.

**Tasks**:

- Mantiene il contatto con i clienti CFT per l’emissione di offerte e la gestione degli ordini di vendita di Upgrades e Ricambi;
- Provvede, in modo diretto o con il supporto dei colleghi, all’identificazione dei componenti richiesti dal cliente, inviandogli l’offerta in tempi rapidi;
- Contatta i fornitori CFT per verificare i costi dei ricambi ed i relativi tempi di approvvigionamento;
- Gestisce in accordo con il proprio responsabile, il rapporto commerciale con il cliente anche in merito alle condizioni di vendita (tempi di invio, modalità di pagamento, sconti, anticipi, ecc.);
- Verifica l’avanzamento dell’ordine di vendita all’interno del ciclo logistico CFT, segnalando ed operando per evitare o limitare ritardi rispetto al tempo di consegna pattuito con il cliente;
- Gestisce i reclami dei clienti in merito alle forniture di propria competenza;
- Redazione reportistica per analisi settimanali andamento attività in supporto ad After Sales Manager;
- Interagisce con: Field & After Sales Department; Technical Department; Production Department.

**Qualifications**:

- Conoscenza pacchetto Ms Office e precedente esperienza con ERP aziendale;
- Buon livello di inglese parlato e scritto, la conoscenza di altre lingue tra cui spagnolo e/o francese è estremamente apprezzata;
- Esperienza precedente di 1 anno in attività di post vendita attinenti al ruolo;
- Ottime doti relazionali e capacità comunicative, flessibilità e proattività, interesse nel relazionarsi con i vari reparti aziendali;
- Impronta commerciale in proattività al contatto con i clienti ed alla raccolta di necessità non formulate;
- Disponibilità a trasferte.
