**Service Scheduling & Dispatching Specialist**

Il Team SERVICE di Mettler - Toledo sa come supportare le esigenze del business garantendo al meglio installazione e funzionamento di strumentazioni e dalle soluzioni. Il cliente beneficia dell'esperienza, delle competenze e del know-how approfondito del nostro team di migliaia di specialisti dedicati in tutto il mondo e, cosa molto più importante, nelle sue immediate vicinanze. Le principali attività sono:

- Pianificare gli interventi dei tecnici, in base alle priorità dei clienti, al carico di lavoro e alla disponibilità dei materiali richiesti per l'intervento, massimizzandone l'efficienza
- Contattare i clienti per la programmazione degli interventi e per le eventuali modifiche
- Assistere da remoto i tecnici, ottenendo informazioni necessarie a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti e chiudere l'ordine

What You Need to Succeed
- Diploma/Laurea
- Esperienza professionale in ambito di pianificazione interventi/gestione del team tecnico
- Gradita la conoscenza dell'inglese
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi MS Office
- Orientamento al cliente, spirito di squadra, intraprendenza, problem solving
