**Le mansioni**:

- All’interno della Direzione HR, riportando all'Head of HR Administration di gruppo, la risorsa collaborerà in stretta sinergia con il team dell'Amministrazione del Personale occupandosi principalmente delle seguenti attività: elaborazione/aggiornamento del budget (riferito al costo del personale) e analisi mensile degli scostamenti tra budget, forecast e consuntivo; elaborazione delle simulazioni di costo del personale sulla base delle richieste del Management e monitoraggio costante del costo del personale; analisi e gestione delle politiche di Compensation & Benefit; predisposizione di una corretta e aggiornata reportistica.

**Il profilo ideale**:

- laurea in materie economiche/statistiche o formazione equivalente con una specializzazione in ambito controlling HR
- esperienza lavorativa di 5-7 anni in una realtà modernamente strutturata
- ottima dimestichezza con MS Excel e buona conoscenza del gestionale SAP
- ottime capacità analitiche
- precisione, proattività e capacità di problem solving
- dedizione al lavoro, forte motivazione e senso di responsabilità
- buone capacità comunicative e spirito di squadra
- ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, inglese buono
