**About us**

**BRAVO SAVINGS NETWORK** is a company specialised in Affiliate Marketing that was set up in 2016 with the intention to help the consumer save, and promote the best offers available online. Certain that online shopping will grow exponentially, we are dedicated to creating a user friendly platform whilst using the latest generation marketing techniques. Our team comprises a diverse mix of collaborators with extensive experience in the field of offers and user involvement strategies.

After the rapid success of bravosconto.it, launched in Italy in 2015, we've since expanded worldwide.

**ROLE MISSION**

As a BRAVO **Sales Operations Executive**, you will support the Account Management team, by assisting the Account Managers in several activities that precede and follow the commercial negotiation, such as the execution of daily reports or the preparation of graphic materials or presentations.

The Sales Operations Executive will ensure the daily and weekly activities are executed properly, and the communication between the different departments is smooth.

You will work mainly in collaboration with the Account Managers, and with the other departments in the company (such as the Content, SEO and Marketing teams).

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Be the main support for the AM team to run all sales operations smoothly and timely;
- Ensure a correct flow of communication with the other departments;
- Execute standard reports (Weekly, Monthly, Sales Report) and ad-hoc reports as required by the AM Team;
- Check correct set up of commission plans on affiliate platforms;
- Check payments and follow up with clients;
- Insert the confirmed exposure plans in the company dedicated interface;
- Prepare graphic material and presentations for meetings with clients;
- File contracts and invoices for the confirmed agreements with clients;
- Request missing codes, offers and images to clients;
- Attend trade events and networking events when required.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years Sales and or Digital-related work experience;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- A clear understanding of the UK market and how to reach it;
- Advanced knowledge of suite Google, MS Office and Google Sheets;
- Passionate in digital marketing and online shopping;
- Must be a self-motivated individual who can be successful in a fast-paced environment, with mínimal supervision;
- Flexibility for scheduling to meet business needs.
