Per importante realtà multinazionale, leader nell'erogazione di servizi in ambito B2B e con eccellente servizio di assistenza al cliente, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
**Marketing Director**

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Direttore Generale, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare tutte le attività inerenti al dipartimento Marketing sia Tradizionale che Digital attraverso il coordinamento di 5 manager ed il supporto delle funzioni di staff aziendali.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Strutturare le Strategia di Marketing aziendale per tutti i canali di comunicazione;
- Controllare i budget e allocare le risorse tra i progetti;
- Collaborare con il Direttore Commerciale per fornire il corretto supporto alle strategie di vendita;
- Collaborare con il Dipartimento HR per pianificare gli aumenti di personali del dipartimento
- Promuovere nuove metodologie al fine di efficientare la produttività e la coesione nei team;
- Pianificare ed eseguire campagne per la promozione aziendale, il lancio di nuove linee di prodotti, ecc.
- Monitorare i progressi e inviare report sulle prestazioni Rappresentare l’azienda in eventi pubblici con media Stakeholder, al fine di costruire partnership strategiche

**Competenze richieste**:

- Laurea Magistrale in discipline Economiche o di Marketing;
- Comprovata esperienza in ruolo di almeno 5 anni come Marketing Manager in contesti strutturati ed internazionali;
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di attività di marketing sia in ambito digitale che tradizionale;
- Solide capacità di gestione di team numerosi e diversificate;
- Solide capacità di Analisi e di Pianificazione strategica;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di cooperazione con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali
- Esperienza in ambito public speaking.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

**Sede di lavoro**: Roma

**Inquadramento**: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL da definire in sede di colloquio, Ticket Restaurant, Smart Working, premio variabile.
